At Hyland Support Services our head office is also a multi-purpose Hub which offers a range of services for our young people and the local community. The Hub is a place where community connections can be made and our young people can build lifelong networks to support them to develop their independence, learn skills and make have opportunities for meaningful relationships to flourish.
