Hyland House
Specialist Mother and Baby Service
Hyland House was our first home to open in December 2023. We provide Support to young mums aged 16-18 who are pregnant or who have already given birth and need some extra support to learn independence skills and develop confidence look after their baby.
We do not complete any parenting assessments at Hyland House but we can support young mums who are going through a parenting assessment.
